Senior Accountant (Hybrid) - High Visibility Role

Tampa, FL (Hybrid) - $60K-$85K

This is not a back-office accounting role. We're hiring a Senior Accountant who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to influence how things are done in a growing organization.

You'll work directly with leadership, own key pieces of the close process, and help bring structure and consistency to financial reporting in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Own

• Month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements and reporting packages
• Cash activity, credit card, and account management
• Support consolidated reporting as the company grows
• Accounts receivable in a multi-tiered revenue model
• Process improvements across accounting workflows and controls
• Support system enhancements and ongoing accounting optimization

What You Bring

• 4-7+ years of accounting experience (including Senior-level work)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with subscription, SaaS, or recurring revenue models
• Background in growing or mid-sized companies
• Experience with QuickBooks or system transitions
